Notes: "The Band" was long a rumor in trading circles, first known only as the Nashville Sessions, but eventually inquiring minds (who wanted to know) discovered the title of the album, "The Band". The album finally surfaced in the summer of 2002, a complete, mixed copy of the album that was intentended for release. Maybe one day fans will learn why such an amazing addition to music and to "the song" was not released. Untold B-sides are rumored to exist, perhaps someday these will be released properly by the Crowes. After all, thier fans simply cannot get enough.
